SHIPPING
POLICY All orders will be shipped via UPS / FedEx from the manufacturer's warehouse within 48 hours. Overnight, second day, and third day shipping are available for an additional shipping charge. Allow 48 hours for confirmation of orders. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes, or foreign addresses. Orders with missing information will be delayed. Once an order has been placed, it will not be possible to change, cancel, or modify the order in anyway.There will be a return fee for all item(s) that need to be reshipped due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you must return it within 15 days of receipt. A Picnic In A Basket will not issue a refund on any product damaged in shipping but will replace that product at no charge. If your product is not defective, you will be responsible for all shipping charges back to the manufacturer. Please use shipping label enclosed.
WARRANTY
POLICY
A Picnic In A Basket and Picnic Time products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. The warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect. If you receive a defective product, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty and service information printed on the package statement that you will receive with your product. Please notify UPS / FedEx immediately of all shipping-related product damage.
